PORTWEST, a leading global manufacturer of safety wear, workwear and PPE is currently seeking applications for the position of Internal Sales Manager in Melbourne, Australia on a permanent basis, reporting to the ISM Team Lead. JOB SUMMARY:
n
As the Internal Sales Manager for Portwest, you will bring your commercial experience to sell Portwest products to distributors across Australia. You will develop existing distribution channels in this fast-paced internal sales position. You should be able to work independently but also collaborate with the sales team to continue to build upon the company's success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify opportunities to deepen customer relations.
n
Develop existing customer relationships.
n




Conductcompetitor research.
n
Providing price and quotes.
n
Provide relevant and accurate information to customers.
n
Help maintain customer loyalty to Portwest
n
n
REQUIREMENTS:
n
n
2+ years sales experience (PPE related an advantage but not necessary).
n
Strong communication skills and be able to work well to deadlines.
n
Good decision-making skills and be customer focused.
n
Ability to multi-task and be a valuable problem solver
n
n
