Job Description
Ardent People is recruiting an experienced Senior Infection Prevention and Control Manager for a leading aged care provider in Victoria. You will lead the organisation-wide IPC strategy, drive compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, and shape infection prevention across multiple homes.

Reporting to the Chief Quality and Risk Officer, you will supervise IPC leads, coordinate mandatory education, manage outbreaks, and partner with clinicians to improve safety and clinical outcomes.
