ICT Support Officer | Australian Government | Baseline Clearance
We are seeking an experienced
ICT Support Officer
to join an Australian Government organisation and provide frontline ICT support to staff across Australia and overseas.
Key responsibilities:
Provide Level 1/2 support across hardware, software, network, accounts and devices
Triage and resolve incidents and service requests
Administer user accounts, devices, software and ICT assets
Support ICT projects, upgrades, rollouts and testing
Maintain ICT procedures, user guides and knowledge articles
Support security controls, patching and access management
Key requirements:
Current Australian Government Baseline security clearance or higher
Demonstrated
APS ICT support experience
Experience supporting
Microsoft on-premises and cloud environments
Robust troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills
Experience with
Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID
desirable
ITIL experience desirable
100% office-based role
requiring hands-on hardware and user support
