Support the development, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow platform
n
Assist in implementing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD
n
Work with senior consultants to deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and platform improvements
n
Configure workflows, forms, reports, and integrations
n
Participate in testing,



troubleshooting, and deployment activities
n
Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
n
Maintain documentation and follow best practices for platform governance
n
n
Profile
n
A successful ServiceNow
Developer/Administrator
should have:
n
n
1-3 years of experience working with ServiceNow (development or administration)
n
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
n
Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills
n
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) - required or actively working towards
n
Australian Citizenship is mandatory
n
