Position OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers, processing orders and returns, managing invoices, and supporting daily branch operations. You will be essential in maintaining robust customer relationships and ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer enquiries and concerns
n
Process sales orders, returns, credits, and payments
n
Prepare and issue invoices; assist with banking
n




Coordinate deliveries and liaise with freight companies
n
Support warehouse operations and delivery scheduling
n
Manage inventory, stock transfers, and office supplies
n
Report breakages and assist with stocktakes
n
Perform regular inventory checks
n
Follow up on outstanding payments (as required)
n

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

Proven experience in customer service
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
High attention to detail
n
Excellent time management and organisational abilities

Solid computer skills
n
Reliable transport (essential)
