Job Description

Third Wave BBQ in Albert Park is seeking a Venue Manager to lead frontline operations with a floor-first approach. You will coach the FOH team, manage bookings and guest recovery, and ensure service standards during busy weekends and quieter midweek shifts.

You will oversee rostering, training and performance, while driving sales and controlling costs. The role offers a path for growth within a growing hospitality group, with meals on shift and staff discounts.
