An opportunity has risen for an experienced Parts Interpreterto join our Parts Department assisting with Retail,Trade and Dealer sales for the following brands - Hyundai, Nissan, Isuzu Ute and Suzuki

The ideal applicant will be responsible for the following:

Assistingretail and trade customers with parts enquiries
n
Interpreting andidentifyingautomotive parts and accessories
n
Processing orders and invoices accurately
n
Managing customer back-orders and follow-ups
n
Promotingadditionalsales prospects
n
Providing exceptional customer service
n
Maintaining a clean,safeandorganisedwork environment
n

What we're looking for:

Demonstrated experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar automotive parts role.
n
Proficient in using parts catalogues and inventory management systems.
n
Team player
