St Vincent's Health Australia is expanding care into the home with a Hospital in the Home (HITH) service in Sydney. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Care at Home team, delivering hospital‐grade care in patients' homes and communities.

You will provide autonomous nursing care, support early discharge and uphold clinical governance and patient safety, while travelling between patient homes with a current driver's licence.
