About You
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
n
Registration with AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA
n
Experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting as Ass. Area Manager or Team Leader.
n

Your primary role is to be a mentor,trainer, and "upskiller"– making our teams' professional growth and on-the-job training your passion
n
You excel at delivering constructive criticism & feedback, completingmonthly strategic reviewsand file audits with each consultant
n
Your clinical and technical knowledge is strong so that we can deliver ahigh standard of service deliveryand execution
n
You can balance clinical and commercial goals well – quality is always our focus, we just need to make sure we are doing the work & reporting to support that quality goal
n
Building and nurturing relationshipscomes naturally to you – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients
