Customer Service Officer
n
We're looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Officer to join our team.
n
You'll be one of the first people our customers speak to, helping with delivery enquiries, bookings, collections, and day-to-day support. You'll also work closely with our Operations team and drivers to help keep things running smoothly.
n
No two days are the same in transport, so this role suits someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems and working as part of a team.
n
This is a full-time position and is based in Unanderra, NSW.

What You'll Be Doing

Answering customer phone calls and emails
n
Booking deliveries and customer collections
n
Helping customers with delivery updates and enquiries
n
Working closely with drivers and operations throughout the day
n
Assisting customers at the counter
n
Entering delivery information and updating records accurately
n
Helping solve problems and keep customers informed
n
Providing friendly, qualified service every day
n

What You'll Bring

Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
n
Good organisation and time management
n
Attention to detail and accuracy
n
Confidence using computers, email and phone systems
n
Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
n
A willingness to learn and support the team
n
Previous customer service or administration experience is helpful, but not essential
