About the Role
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team on a 6-month contract, supporting a diverse portfolio of technical and corporate roles. You'll work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to deliver full end-to-end recruitment, from strategic sourcing to offer management. This is a energetic, rapid-paced role where you'll partner with the business to attract and secure exceptional talent across engineering, project delivery, HSE, and commercial disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
Source and engage high-calibre talent across technical and professional disciplines.
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future project requirements.
Champion the employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
About You
Proven experience in talent acquisition within engineering, construction, infrastructure, or project-based sectors.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
Highly skilled in sourcing, market mapping, and proactive candidate engagement.
Commercially astute with strong attention to detail and delivery focus.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a quick-paced, evolving environment.
