Job Description

Wesley Mission is seeking a House Manager for an Immediate Transition Model in Sydney's West and North. The role leads Direct Care and Youth workers to support children in 1:1 home-based settings, applying trauma-informed, culturally appropriate care.

A Diploma or Degree is required, with 2+ years OOHC experience and supervisory capabilities. The position is full time (38 hours/week) based in the home, with travel and a valid NSW Driver's Licence.
