Junior / Mid-Level Web Developer (TypeScript / React / Web)

We're looking for a talented Junior to Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to join our team.

n

You should have some commercial experience working on digital projects such as responsive websites, web applications, SaaS products, or internal business systems.

n

The role will involve a combination of frontend and backend development, with a strong focus on building reliable, user-friendly web applications. Since we're a growing agency, you may also be invited to client-facing or project-planning meetings at times.

n

This position is based in our office, at Clayton, Victoria.

n

Highly Preferred Skills:

n

n
1+ year of commercial web development experience or a similar portfolio of work
n
React, Node.js Experience
n
Good knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
n
Valuable understanding of domains, DNS, hosting, email, and SSL
n
AI experience with vibe-coding, Models, AI-IDEs, agents.
n
Ability to write and maintain automated tests
n
Genuine enthusiasm to learn and grow
n
Good interpersonal, writing and communication skills
n

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience designing REST APIs or reusable software packages




n
Experience building SaaS or multi-tenant applications
n
Docker, Linux, or cloud hosting experience
n
Third-party integration experience: webhooks, payment systems, cloud services
n
Experience with Redis, background jobs, or workflow systems
n
An interest in application security, privacy, and reliable software design
n
Site reliability monitoring or improvement
n
Experience with other technologies such as PHP, Laravel, Python, Vue, React Native, Swift, or Flutter
