About the Role

The successful candidate will join the project team as a SiteForeman, working on a major residential development valued at approximately $250 million.

Salary package of up to $200,000, depending on experience

Your responsibilities:
n
n
Coordinating and supervising finishing and/ or façading trades and subcontractors.
n
Driving the construction program and achieving key project milestones.
n
Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
n
Identifying and resolving site issues efficiently.
n
Coordinating with Project Managers, Contracts Administrators, consultants and subcontractors.
n
Participating in weekly site meetings.
n
Communicating with the client and wider project team when required.
n
Ensuring the site is secure, clean and professionally presented at all times.
n




Supporting a positive and productive site culture.
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience as a Site Foreman on major residential or commercial projects.
n
At least 3 years' experience as a Site Manager, Foreman.
n
Proven experience delivering construction finishes and/or façade packages on major residential or commercial projects is essential.
n
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
n
The ability to drive programs and meet deadlines.
n
Strong communication and subcontractor management skills.
n
A positive attitude and the temperament to work effectively in a busy project environment.
n
The ability to identify issues early and implement practical solutions.
n
