About the opportunity:

As the Residential Aged Care Manager, you willprovide operational, clinical, and strategic leadership of thehome, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centredcare that upholds residents' dignity, choice, and independence.

Reporting to the General Manager – Residential Aged Care, you willbe accountable for overall home performance, including
workforceleadership,
financial management, quality and compliance
oversight,occupancy
outcomes, risk management, and continuous improvement.This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated multidisciplinary teamwithin a values-based organisation committed to

Your day-to-day will involve:
n
n
Leading day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring thedelivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care alignedwith Carinity's Mission, Vision, and Values.
n
Providing leadership and oversight to
multidisciplinaryteams
including nursing, care, hospitality,
lifestyle,chaplaincy,
administration and support services.
n
Driving compliance with the Aged Care Act ****, Aged CareQuality Standards, Aged Care Code of Conduct and all
relevantlegislative
regulatory requirements.
n
Managing workforce planning, staffing, rosters, careminutes, performance development, employee engagement andretention initiatives.
n
Leading quality, safety, and risk management
activitiesincluding
incident management, complaints resolution, audits,continuous improvement programs and
accreditationreadiness.
n
Managing home budgets, occupancy performance, resourceallocation and funding optimisation strategies to achieveoperational and financial objectives.
n
Oversight of clinical governance, resident
wellbeing,safeguarding,
infection prevention and control, and servicequality outcomes.
n
Building strong relationships with residents, families,staff, community stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to fostertrust, transparency, and excellent resident experiences.

About you:
n
n
Demonstrated experience managing a Residential AgedCare home, with responsibility for
operational,workforce,
quality, and financial outcomes.
n
Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act****, Aged Care Quality Standards, governance, riskmanagement, and compliance requirements.
n
Proven ability to lead, coach, and
developmultidisciplinary
teams while fostering a
positive,accountable,
and values-driven workplace culture.
n
Experience managing budgets, occupancy targets, workforceplanning, care minutes, and resource allocation within aresidential aged care environment.
n
Strong understanding of clinical governance,
continuousimprovement,
incident and complaints management, andaccreditation processes.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills,with the ability to build effective relationships withresidents, families, staff, and external partners.
n
Registered Nurse (Division 1) qualification with AHPRAregistration (preferred)
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability toobtain)
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
