Programmed is currently seeking reliable and motivated LO Operators to join a leading global supply chain and logistics company based in Truganina, Melbourne.

Our client is a well-established logistics provider specialising in end-to-end supply chain solutions, including warehousing, distribution, freight management, and inventory operations. With a large-scale warehouse network and a strong focus on safety, innovation, and operational excellence, they support some of the world's leading brands across various industries.

Day Shift: Monday to Friday
n
Hours: 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM
n
Pay Rate: $***** per hour
n
Two days of training provided
n
Training and upskilling opportunities

About your new role
n
n
Operating an LO Order Picker to pick stock from warehouse racking
n
Order picking and packing customer orders accurately
n
Manual handling and general warehouse duties
n
Working with racking up to 8 pallets high (approximately 14 metres)
n
Assisting with pallet movement and warehouse organisation
n
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
n




Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n
Supporting general warehouse operations as required
n
n
About you
n
n
Current LO Licence (essential)
n
LF/LO experience highly regarded
n
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Own reliable vehicle required
n
Full Australian working rights (visa validity of 1-2 years acceptable)
n
Able to pass a police check
n
Must have steel-capped boots and hi-vis clothing
n
Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling tasks
n
