We're recruiting for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major multi year transformation program within a leading banking workplace. This opportunity is suited to a Senior Business Analyst with deep experience across unsecured lending and a track record of delivering complex transformation initiatives. Working within a large scale program, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to support the delivery of strategic change across unsecured lending.

Key responsibilities
n

Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
n
Work closely with business and technology teams to support solution delivery.
n




Contribute to a complex transformation program from planning through to implementation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve successful delivery outcomes.
n

Required experience and skills
n
n
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within banking.
n
Strong experience across unsecured lending, including credit cards or personal loans.
n
Experience with unsecured lending originations or migration projects.
n
Demonstrated experience delivering complex transformation programs.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements management skills.
