Dogman (DG)
n
C6 Crane Operations and related units
n
HP Hoist (personnel and materials) operation licence
n
RB Basic rigging licence
n
RII***** Certificate III in Civil Construction
n
RII***** Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations

RII***** Certificate IV in Civil Construction

About the Role
n
As a Trainer and Assessor with ECB, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, compliant, and industry-relevant training to a diverse range of learners. You will play a key role in developing the skills and knowledge required for students to succeed in the construction, safety, and industry sectors.

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Relevant vocational qualifications and extensive industry experience in your training area
n




Demonstrated experience as a Trainer and Assessor within the education and training sector
n
Strong subject matter expertise and a proven ability to deliver high-quality training and assessment
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and support learners from diverse backgrounds
n
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
n
A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to training delivery
n
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance with ASQA and regulatory requirements
n
A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry practices and training standards
n
