Salary ranges from $116,981 to $129,492p.a. plus super & annual leave loading

About the role
As a Cleaning Services Senior Officer, you'll coordinate outsourced cleaning services across a diverse region, helping ensure sites are safe, clean and well maintained.
You'll work with contractors, site representatives and internal teams to keep services running smoothly and respond to issues as they arise.
You'll:
Coordinate scheduled, periodic and urgent cleaning services
Resolve service issues and respond to changing site requirements
Monitor contractor performance and follow up on actions
Maintain accurate contractor, service and inspection records
Support contractor onboarding and ongoing communication
Respond to complex enquiries and provide practical solutions
About you
You'll bring:
Experience in contractor management, facilities maintenance, customer service or a related field
An understanding of cleaning service standards and relevant WHS, compliance and risk requirements
A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
Clear and confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills




Good attention to detail and confidence working with records, data and Excel
The ability to manage competing priorities across a broad geographic area and adapt to changing needs and urgent requests
Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the assigned region.
Current and valid Working With Children Check clearance for paid employment
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
