As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and passionate Educational Leader / Assistant Centre Manager to join our leadership team.

About the Role
n
Working closely with the Centre Manager and leadership team, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service while leading curriculum, pedagogy and professional practice across the centre.
n
You'll be a visible and approachable leader who enjoys coaching educators, building strong relationships with families and driving continuous improvement.
n
This role is ideal for an experienced Educational Leader, Lead Educator, ECT or Assistant Centre Manager who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Leading and supporting curriculum development across the service.
n
Guiding educators in implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
n
Mentoring and coaching educators to build confidence and capability.
n
Supporting quality improvement initiatives and maintaining high standards of practice.
n
Assisting with the day-to-day leadership and operations of the centre.
n
Building positive relationships with children, families and the wider community.
n
Supporting compliance with the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards.
n
Fostering a positive, team-oriented and professional team culture.
n
Working alongside the Centre Manager to support team development and service goals.
n

What You'll Bring
n
Essential
n
n
Diploma or Bachelor's qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
n
Current Working with Children Check.
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
n
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
n
Previous experience in a leadership position within an early childhood setting.
n
Excellent communication, mentoring and relationship-building skills.
n
n
Desirable
n
n
Previous experience as an Educational Leader, Assistant Centre Manager or similar leadership role.
n
Experience supporting Quality Improvement Plans and assessment and rating processes.
n
Strong understanding of leadership, coaching and team development.
n
