Alder Group is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our Commercial Estimating team at our Helensvale Head Office on the Gold Coast. You will lead tender pricing for projects up to $50M+ and shape commercial strategies with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
You will bring 10+ years of estimating in commercial construction, solid knowledge of methodologies and value engineering, and advanced proficiency in Buildsoft Cubit, Cubit Select, EstimateOne, and Excel.
