As a Foreman, you will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to support the successful delivery of a $60M Class 2 high-rise residential apartment project inVillawood, Sydney.
n
The Role
n
As Foreman, you will support the Site Manager in the delivery of a major high-rise apartment development, overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time and on-budget outcomes.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing daily in office construction activities including labour, subcontractors and plant
n
Supporting the delivery of program, cost, quality and safety targets
n
Coordinating trades, consultants and site logistics
n
Ensuring full compliance with WHS, site safety and risk management requirements
n
Supervising and supporting site-based teams and subcontractors
n
Maintaining strong working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
n
Utilising site systems including Hamertech and Procore
n
n
About You
n
n
5+ years' experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand on high-rise residential apartment projects
n




Strong experience across structure, fit-out, basements, finishing stages and defect management
n
Solid understanding of buildability, sequencing and site logistics on complex high-rise apartment projects
n
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
n
Construction-related qualification or trade background (both considered)
n
