We are expanding our Water Infrastructure Team in South East Queensland (SEQ). The Water Infrastructure group provides services to a range of internal and external clients on projects covering water and wastewater treatment, dams, asset management, major conveyance, industrial, civil infrastructure, mining, and defence sectors, with a key focus on supporting sustainable outcomes. We are looking for a proven electrical engineer to join the team.

Responsibilities

n

n
Electrical engineering works associated with pumping stations, equipment, water and wastewater treatment plants, ventilation, fire protection and HVAC systems.
n
Contribute to the delivery of electrical design packages for projects across QLD and beyond.
n
Electrical systems design including instrumentation, power distribution, control and communications.
n
Technical studies including modelling and computational analysis.
n
Electrical project cost estimating.
n
Computer‐aided drafting.
n
Prepare and lead proposals, design schedules, budgets, and technical and commercial submissions for bid proposals associated with electrical work for external clients (depending on level).

Mentor junior members of the team.

Qualifications

n

n
Demonstrated experience on municipal water and/or wastewater projects.
n
Experience working within a agile consulting and design setting and in industrial electrical, instrument and control systems engineering.
n
Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and CPEng / RPEQ.
n
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
n
Project Management & Quality Management procedures experience (desirable).
n
