What you'll do
Command ATR 42 operations with full accountability for safety, compliance, and punctuality.
Lead and mentor the crew, fostering solid CRM, transparent communication, and a just culture.
Plan and conduct flights in accordance with company SOPs, operational manuals, and regulatory requirements.
Complete rigorous preflight preparation: weather, performance, fuel planning, and weight-and-balance.
Exercise sound judgment and manage threats and errors in energetic operating environments.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and post‑flight debriefs to support continuous improvement.

What you'll bring
Current ATR 42 type rating.
Unrestricted ATPL issued by CASA, EASA,



FAA, or an ICAO member state.
Valid Class 1 medical.
ICAO ELP Level 4 or above.
Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC.
Current Police Check.
A relevant degree and/or five years of relevant aviation experience.
At least one year of employment as flight crew.
Access to a computer or device capable of viewing the company Operations Manual Suite (PDF format).
Proven leadership, decision‑making, and safety‑first mindset.
