Paediatric Occupational Therapist | 2d WFH + 3d Coaching in Childcares | Up To $120K
Overview of the role and mission: Ready Kids OT is on a mission to boost educator's confidence so every child feels seen, safe and ready to learn.
We're seeking a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist who thrives on creativity, initiative, and has a big heart to give.
Responsibilities
Empower educators – Coach and mentor childcare teams, giving them the skills and confidence to support every child.
Collaborate & Adapt – Work closely with centre leaders and teams, shaping each visit around their needs.
Teach and Inspire – Lead small group workshops and professional development sessions.
Create Practical Resources – Craft handouts, information sheets, and quick-reference visuals that make strategies stick.
Iterate & Improve – Test ideas, gather feedback, and level-up our proven coaching framework alongside our Senior OT.

You'll Thrive If You...
Hold AHPRA registration with paediatric experience (5+ years preferred).

Have top-notch communication skills – whether presenting to educators, coaching a parent, or chatting with a toddler.
Approachable, relationship-driven, and self-motivated.
Live and breathe neuroaffirming, strengths-based practice.
Have a driver's licence.
