Job Description

NRMA is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for roadside assistance calls, helping members feel protected, supported, and back on the road quickly. The role offers hybrid work from Sydney Olympic Park or Gosford with a 35‐hour week, plus a 3‐week roster and training.
