We are an International freight forwarding company with offices in all States of Australia and part of an international network of agents operating in a niche and rapidly growing market.

n

We are looking for an Experienced Warehouse Manager for our Airfreight operation in our Melbourne Warehouse located in Tullamarine.

n

Within the role you will be required to:

n

n
Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements;
n
Ensure safety to staff, the community and the environment;
n
Provide strategic direction and control for all operations in order to improve the efficiency of the depot
n
Determine & arrange for weekly & daily labour to ensure efficiency
n
Ensure that equipment is properly maintained & serviced and appropriate records are kept.
n




Address and assist with all employee issues in a professional manner including but not limited to employee performance management and disciplinary procedures.
n
Supervise the Warehouse function, including people, process and task allocation to meet customer demands
n
Lead by example to ensure skilled relationships are maintained internally and externally
n
Ensure processes for inbound/outbound shipments are productive and produce a timely outcome for customers
n
Maximize safety performance through leadership , creation and maintenance of a positive and secure environment
n

To be considered for the Role you must meet the following criteria:

n

Have a minimum of 3 Years Experience working in a Air Freight Warehouse.
n
Driver's License
n
Adequate numerical skills
n
Hardworking work ethics
n
Be able to prioritise
n
Can do Attitude and Flexible approach
n
Ability to work in a team or individual
n
