Before You Apply

A current Australian Driver's Licence
n
Your own reliable vehicle
n
Availability to work at least three weekdays (Monday to Friday)
n

As this role involves travelling between clients' homes and may include transporting clients to appointments or community activities, these requirements are essential.

About the Role

Domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
n
Personal care and hygiene support
n
Meal preparation and shopping assistance
n
Medication reminders
n
Mobility support and community access
n
Social support and companionship
n
n
Most importantly, you'll build meaningful relationships and make a genuine difference in people's lives every day.

What We're Looking For
n
We're seeking people with a positive attitude, a caring nature and a genuine passion for helping others.
n
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
n
n
Excellent communication and active listening skills
n
A compassionate and client-focused approach
n
The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
n
n
Our ideal candidate will hold one of the following:
n
n
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Home & Community Care; OR
n
Bachelor or Diploma of Nursing (including students who have successfully completed their first year of study)
n
Candidates without relevant qualifications must have at least three months of paid care work experience to be considered.
n
n
In addition, you'll need:
n
n
A current Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
n
First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
