A SAP S/4HANA Payroll Technical Analyst needs to be a strong project‑minded individual, with extensive experience around large HR/Payroll migration and transformation projects. The right candidate will have strong customer‑facing skills and a robust understanding of Service Delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies
A minimum of 10 years’ SAP experience with a high level of proficiency in payroll processes and configuration of ECC (SAP modules PY, PT, CATS, ESS and MSS) and a valuable working understanding of its integration points within other modules of SAP
A solid understanding of Payroll processes, payroll outsourcing, and system integrations is essential.
Able to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
Substantial experience in working with stakeholders to deliver a system design for exceptional internal and external end‑user experience.
Demonstrated strategic and operational delivery skills directed at meeting or exceeding customer expectations and optimising business outcomes. Proven ability to maintain a clear focus on customer business objectives, to understand the customer’s strategic goals and translate these into credible outcomes for all stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in successfully engaging with vendors and working collaboratively with key client stakeholders/representatives and internal ICT support and operational personnel.
