Corporate / Commercial Lawyer | Associate or Senior Associate

Our client is a long-established and highly regarded boutique commercial law firm based in the Brisbane CBD. With profession leading partners, this firm is a go-to trusted advisor to clients ranging from small businesses to multinationals, NFPs, high net worth individuals and government entities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate (3 - 8 years' PAE) commercial lawyer to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team providing strategic and transactional advice to a diverse and high quality client base.

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with senior lawyers and partners on a wide range of corporate / commercial matters, including:
Business and asset sales
Company structuring and restructures
Shareholder, unitholder, and joint venture agreements
Capital raising and corporate governance

You’ll gain exposure to high-quality work while building meaningful client relationships and developing your advisory skills in a firm that values people, growth, and commercial acumen.





What We’re Looking For
Approximately 3–8 years’ PAE in corporate / commercial law
Strong drafting, advisory and client communication skills
A strategic mindset and commercial thinking
Motivation to grow within a supportive, high-performing team
