About the Role
This is not a role for someone seeking a predictable day.
As an Owners Corporation Manager, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, acting as the trusted advisor to Committees and key stakeholders.
You'll navigate complex stakeholder relationships, provide strategic guidance on legislative and compliance matters, oversee financial performance, drive maintenance outcomes, and facilitate important governance decisions.
You'll have significant autonomy, real responsibility,



and the opportunity to directly influence the success of your portfolio.

Previous experience as an Owners Corporation Manager
Strong knowledge of Owners Corporation legislation and compliance requirements
