Proven ability to influence and engage non‐financial stakeholders
Comfortable working in an evolving, ambiguous environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in transformation environments or project work highly regarded
Background in Big 4, mid‐tier, or commercial finance roles
ABOUT YOU
You are a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a business‐facing role.
You enjoy building relationships, influencing decisions, and becoming embedded within operations rather than working in a purely technical or back‐office capacity.
You are resilient, adaptable, and comfortable navigating change.
You bring a proactive mindset, strong problem‐solving ability, and a genuine interest in driving business performance beyond the numbers.
