We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Co-Ordinator to join our team in Melton on a permanent full time basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are maintained across the supply chain.

The role
The Quality Control Co-Ordinator's role is to ensure adherence to the relevant quality standards across all areas of the supply chain, including raw materials, production, finished goods and dispatch.
This will be achieved through a combination of in-process testing and reporting along with monitoring and review of quality of work and process control at each stage.
The role requires a high level of attention to detail, analytical ability, and capability to operate autonomously.
What you will do:
Conduct and record daily process control and quality checks
Perform product testing including load, absorption, and strength tests
Identify and manage non-conforming products, repairs, and rejects
Ensure relevant legislative compliance and local authority specifications are adhered to
Support investigations into quality incidents and customer feedback
Collaborate with the National Quality team to implement improvements
Provide training and support to production teams on quality standards
About you:
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or civil environments
Strong technical skills including interpreting drawings, measuring tools, and data analysis
High attention to detail and commitment to safety
Strong communication skills including, verbal, written and listening
Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Quality Management Systems)
An innovative thinker seeking continuous Improvement
Experience in Quality Control, Auditing, or Process Improvement
Australian Drivers Licence and Forklift Licence
Qualification in Quality Systems/Management, Inspection & Test, or Auditing desirable
