Job Description
Green Island Resort on Green Island is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to welcome day visitors and overnight guests, supporting front office and porter functions.
You will provide exceptional service, information on facilities and activities, and handle bookings with care.
The role requires a customer-focused, professional approach in a quick-paced island environment, with the ability to work weekends and public holidays and a daily Cairns-to-Island catamaran commute.
