The Role:

This is a rare chance to join this established accounting firm undertaking a full function bookkeeping role. This role will suit someone who has come from working in an accounting firm and is accustomed to managing a client portfolio. You will be responsible for the following:

n

n
Preparation of BAS/IAS
n
Reconciliations – Bank, GST and Payroll
n
Completing end of year processes
n
Undertaking the payroll function for clients
n
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
n
Providing training to clients
n
Assisting clients with queries
n

n

Skills & Experience:

n

You must have experience working in an accounting firm to be considered for this role. The other key attributes my client is seeking are:

n

n
Excellent communication skills
n
Professional attitude and commitment to providing an excellent client experience
n
Cert IV qualifications and Xero Certification
n




Experience using Xero and MYOB
n
Ability to prioritise tasks
n
Experience using the Microsoft Suite
n
