We are seekingDevOps Engineerto join a high-performing Federal Government Department.
The successfulDevOps Engineerwill play a key role in designing, implementing and maintaining secure, automated build, release and infrastructure deployment pipelines within a secure cloud environment.
The successfulDevOps Engineerwill secure aninitial contract until June ****with 1x12 monthextension options, based inCanberra, ACT.
The DevOps Engineerwill be responsible for but not limited to:
Designing, implementing andmaintainingCI/CDpipelines
Developing andmanagingInfrastructureas Code (IaC)toconfigurecloudenvironments
EmbeddingDevSecOpspracticesand integrating security controls into delivery pipelines
Implementing environment configuration management and release management processes
Collaborating withcloudplatform,



security and network teams
The DevOps Engineerwill have experience in the following:
Prior experience designing and maintainingCI/CD pipelinesinsecurecloudenvironments
Demonstrated experience withInfrastructure as Codeand automated infrastructure provisioning
ExperienceembeddingDevSecOpspracticesand security controls into delivery pipelines
Knowledge of configuration management, version control and release management practices
Experiencesupportingcloudmigrationandplatform modernisation initiatives
This is an exciting prospect for aDevOps Engineerlooking to join an innovative Federal Agency.This long-term opportunity (up to a 2-year engagement) offers anexcellentworkingenvironmentandcompetitivecontracting rates.
