This is a full-time, office-based role supporting customers, the sales team and daily branch operations.

Key responsibilities
n

Assist with customer enquiries, quotations and orders
n
Provide administrative support to the sales team
n
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
n
Maintain customer records and sales documents
n
Coordinate with other branches and internal departments
n
Assist with general branch administration
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in administration, sales support or a similar role
n
Experience in the farm machinery or earthmoving equipment industry is highly regarded
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Good organisation and attention to detail
n
Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
n
Reliable, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
n
