Business Development Representative (BDR) - B2B Sales
Location: Barangaroo (3 days in office, 2 WFH)

Salary: $60K–$70K + Super + Uncapped Commission

ReSmart is Australia's leading platform for hard-to-recycle materials: soft plastics, e-waste, batteries, textiles, vapes, and more. Our Pickup service has diverted over 2.5 million kg from landfill, with 44,000+ households, 2,000+ businesses and 29 council partners on the platform. Our B2B channel alone grew 105% year on year. We are a small team with ambitious growth targets.

The role

We are hiring a dedicated BDR. Here, you will run a full sales cycle yourself, from first contact through to close, while also supporting the Head of Sales on bigger accounts. That combination of outbound grind, full deal ownership, and real customer success exposure is what makes this role very unique.

What you will be doing
Running outbound prospecting and cold calling to build new business pipeline
Managing and qualifying inbound enquiries
Building pipeline with larger and strategic accounts,



putting the Head of Sales in front of the right people at the right time
Owning the full sales cycle on your own deals, from prospecting to close
Working with Operations to ensure what we sell is delivered well
Supporting B2B customer success

What we offer

$60K–$70K base plus super, with commission on every dollar of revenue you generate. There is no threshold to transparent and no cap on what you can earn. If you are closing deals, you are earning from your first week. We are growing rapid and the team is small, which means real opportunities to grow with us.
