We are searching for a Club Manager for our beautiful Club at Crestmead! This is an excellent chance for the right person, with commencement ASAP!

n

As the Club Manager, you'll be the heart of our gym - creating a welcoming environment and driving the success of the business. You will enjoy working in a health club setting, have a friendly, outgoing personality and genuinely care about changing people's lives!

We are looking for:

n

n
A agile, outgoing personality who can lead, inspire and motivate a team
n
Previous Management, Supervisory or Team Lead experience - ideally in hospitality, retail or the fitness industry
n
Passionate about health and fitness and maintaining high standards of club cleanliness and safety - you do not need to be an athlete!
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n




While sales experience is a plus, it's not essential - we hire for great attitude, and we are so happy to provide extensive training to those who have it!
n
Current (or willing to obtain) First Aid and CPR Certificate, Blue Card
n

Drive the growth of the club's membership base through a proactive sales approach and community outreach
n
Develop and maintain a high-performing team that delivers exceptional member service
n
Promote a positive, inclusive club culture that aligns with the Anytime Fitness brand
n
Ensure the club meets its financial objectives and maintains operational efficiency
n
Plan and implement marketing strategies to continuously attract new members
n
