Field Engineer - 3 months assignment

Kippa Ring | 2 days/week | Australian Citizens only

We are currently seeking an experienced Field Engineer / Level 1 IT Support Technician to join a leading global technology and services organisation on a temporary 3-month assignment based in Kippa-Ring.

n

This role is ideal for a customer-focused IT skilled who enjoys providing hands-on technical support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of end-user technology settings.

n

Key Requirements:

n

n
Previous experience in a Level 1 IT Support, Desktop Support, or Field Engineer role.
n
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications.
n
Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers,



and other end-user devices.
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
Ability to work independently and manage onsite support activities.
n
Relevant IT certifications are advantageous.
n
MUST BE AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN
