We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Optical dispensers/Eyewear Specialists to join global leader in lens manufacturing.

You’ll contribute to the production and preparation of high-quality optical lenses, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional standards throughout the process.

Key responsibilities
Sort and prioritise incoming jobs
Unpack and prepare lenses for processing
Clean and inspect lenses to ensure quality standards are met
Perform dotting and blocking of lenses
Undertake hand chamfering as required
Accurately scan barcodes and process jobs through internal systems
Follow established quality procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a safe, organised, and productive work environment
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets

What we're looking for
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced production environment
Valuable manual dexterity and confidence working with small components




Basic computer skills and the ability to use barcode scanning systems
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Previous experience in optical manufacturing, production, laboratory, or assembly environments is advantageous but not essential

Remote Edge Team-Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm
Fit-Match team: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
