Marathon Health Australia is seeking an Aboriginal Youth Wellbeing Worker for the headspace Outreach Program in Lightning Ridge, NSW. The role supports young people aged 12–25, helping them feel robust, connected, and supported within their community.

You will work collaboratively with First Nations staff, provide culturally secure guidance, and contribute to outreach activities across Western NSW. A driver’s licence and willingness to travel are essential.
