About the Role
n
As an All-Rounder Operator, you will play a key role in project delivery by operating a variety of machinery and supporting site crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
n
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, can adapt to changing site conditions,



and is willing to contribute wherever required.
n
Machinery Experience
n
Experience operating some or all of the following is highly regarded:
n
n
Rollers
n
Excavators
n
Skid Steers
n
Loaders
n
Water Carts
n
Graders
n
Moxy/Articulated Dump Trucks
n
Stabiliser equipment
n
Other civil construction plant and machinery
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Safely operate a range of civil construction plant and equipment.
n
Complete earthworks, roadworks, drainage, and construction activities.
n
Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks.
n
Follow project plans, specifications, and site instructions.
n
Work alongside supervisors and crews to achieve project deadlines.
n
Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
n
Identify and report hazards, defects, and maintenance requirements.
n
Assist with labouring duties when required.
n
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and productivity.
n

Skills & Experience
n
Essential
n
n
Proven experience operating multiple pieces of civil construction plant.
n
Current Construction White Card.
n
Current Driver's Licence.
n




Current Roller Ticket.
n
Strong understanding of civil construction practices.
n
Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance.
n
Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
n
Willingness to travel and undertake away work.
n
Reliable work ethic and positive attitude.
n

Highly Desirable
n
n
Stabilisation experience.
n
HR or MC Licence.
n
GPS machine control experience.
n
Final Trim experience.
n
Additional machinery tickets and competencies.
n
Experience working on road construction and infrastructure projects.
n
