Job Description
Salesforce is seeking a Swarm Lead for the Global Support team in the APAC region.
You will be the first point of contact for customers after hours, owning the end-to-end experience for the APAC shift.
Responsibilities include leading swarms, mentoring engineers, and coordinating with frontline managers to drive urgent case resolution and knowledge sharing.
This role requires after-hours flexibility and solid collaboration.
