We are looking for a full time Chef de Partie.
Good communication skills are essential, along with passion and motivation.
You must be reliable and possess good time management skills.
Chefs must be available to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends, in a great working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing their specific kitchen station, keeping station and kitchen clean.
Preparing ingredients – keeping an eye on prep levels and food quality in their section
Working service and cooking high quality dishes under a certain timeframe
Work as part of a team
Skill & Experience
Must have more than two years experience in a similar role.
Diploma in hospitality management or commercial cookery is desired
An understanding of all areas
High quality, fast paced food service
Qualified manner with all staff members
