About The Role
n
We are currently seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Melbourne's South East.
n
This role offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Behaviour Support services across home, school, clinic and community environments.
n

You'll be supported to work across a varied caseload, with the autonomy to structure your day while being backed by a collaborative and experienced team.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Deliver evidence-informed Behaviour Support services across a diverse caseload
n
Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
n
Support participants, families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategies
n
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists
n
Manage your own schedule with flexibility across community, clinic and telehealth settings
n
Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing career development opportunities
n

NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
suitability/registration
(or eligibility via the IBIS pathway)
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
A person-centred, evidence-informed approach
n
Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
