Service Advisor - Glory EV Group | BYD Bayswater Service Centre

Glory EV Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing aftersales team at our BYD bayswater Service Centre.

n

This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing customer interactions, service bookings, and coordinating with a busy workshop environment. Experience within an automotive service department will be highly regarded.

n

You will play an important role in ensuring customers receive a qualified and seamless aftersales experience while supporting the daily operations of our service team.

n

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily service bookings and maintain the workshop schedule
n
Open and manage Repair Orders (ROs) in the dealership management system
n
Greet and assist customers during vehicle drop-off and pick-up
n
Communicate service progress, repair recommendations, and timelines
n
Liaise with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient workflow
n
Provide accurate cost estimates and explanations of required work
n




Ensure all service documentation is completed correctly
n
Deliver a high level of customer service in line with dealership standards
n

Requirements

n

n
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership
n
Strong understanding of workshop operations and service processes
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced service environment
n
Experience using TITAN systems is highly regarded
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Valid Australian Driver's License
n
