About The Opportunity

n

The primary purpose of this position is to work closely with an experienced Adviser, playing a key role in delivering exceptional client service while developing your technical knowledge and industry experience within financial planning.

Reporting directly to the Financial Adviser, some of your responsibilities will include:

n
Supporting the Adviser with client administration
n
Liaising with clients,



managing enquiries and booking appointments
n
Preparing review meeting documentation
n
Drafting simple ROAs
n
Attending client meetings and completing file notes
n
Implementing financial advice recommendations
n
Assisting with ongoing client service activities
n

About You

n

The successful candidate will have:

n
Minimum 2+ years' experience in a customer service role within the finance or financial advice sector
n
A genuine interest in financial advice
n
Relevant studies or working towards a financial planning qualification (beneficial)
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
Motivation to build a long-term career in the industry
