An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Supply Chain Administrator to join a well-known global organisation based in Barangaroo.

Working as part of a collaborative Supply Chain team, this is a hands‑on, transaction-heavy position where you will spend a significant portion of your day working within SAP.

We are looking for someone who is confident navigating SAP, comfortable with repetitive and high-volume transactional work and able to come in and hit the ground running.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, your responsibilities will include:
Processing high volumes of sales orders through SAP
Completing stock transfers and other SAP transactions
Ensuring orders and inventory movements are processed accurately and efficiently
Liaising closely with the company's third-party logistics provider
Working with internal Supply Chain and Customer Care teams
Responding to queries and resolving transactional or order-related issues
Maintaining accurate records and data within SAP
Using Microsoft Outlook,



Teams and other Office applications
Providing general administration support across the Supply Chain function

About You

The key requirement for this position is strong, hands‑on SAP experience.

You will ideally have:
Previous experience in a Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Service or Logistics administration role
Robust SAP experience, particularly processing sales orders
Experience completing stock transfers or similar inventory transactions
The ability to confidently navigate SAP with minimal training
Robust data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
Experience working in a high-volume, transaction-focused setting
A personable and confident communication style
The ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams skills
A proactive approach and willingness to ask questions when required
