About The Role
As part of the Sales Team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

We're open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 4.30am and 6.30pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a adaptable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver fast, friendly customer service
Preparing and serve high-quality food, beverages, and coffee
Assist the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
Train, coach, and supervise Sales Team members to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.




Maintain merchandising standards to create an inviting store environment
Follow Banjo's established Work Health and Safety (WHS) practices to help maintain a safe workplace.
What We're Looking For
A positive, confident team player who enjoys delivering excellent customer service
Previous customer service experience is desirable
Reliable, well-organised, and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
